Starling was founded by Fabienne Deaton — a guide with two AMI diplomas and 10+ years of experience walking alongside D.C. families. We are intentionally small, by design.
When you tour Starling, you meet Fabienne directly. There is no admissions office, no marketing department. There is the classroom, the children, and the conversation.
